I’m an advocate for meditation, but some days I find it hard to sit myself down to do it. What drives me forward is knowing that it will make me feel great. It’s kinda like when you know you will feel amazing after the gym, but actually getting there can be a challenge. I know on the days I resist meditation is usually the times I need it the most.
